This Centennial home needed a full comfort system upgrade - both cooling and heating handled in one shot. We installed a Rheem 4-ton air conditioner outside and a 100k BTU Rheem furnace inside. Two pieces of equipment, one install, and a home that's now set up for whatever the seasons throw at it.

The furnace installation is the kind of work that has to be done right. Gas lines, venting, electrical connections - there's no cutting corners when it comes to a high-output unit like this. We got everything properly connected and verified before calling it done. Clean flue piping, secure gas line routing, and the unit sitting level and secure on its base.

Outside, the Rheem condenser is solid. A 4-ton unit is well-suited for a home that needs serious cooling capacity, and Rheem builds equipment that holds up over time. These aren't units you're going to be babying every summer - they're built to run.

A lot of homeowners wait until something fails completely before thinking about replacement. By that point, you're dealing with emergency pricing, parts delays, and a house that's either freezing or sweltering. Getting ahead of it - especially when both the furnace and AC are aging together - is the smarter move. One planned replacement beats two emergency calls.

Rheem HVAC system replacement is a big part of what we do. If your equipment is getting up there in years or you've been dealing with repairs that keep stacking up, it might be worth having us take a look. A proper HVAC inspection can tell you a lot about where things stand.
