


This Parker home was running on aging equipment that just couldn't keep up anymore. Colorado weather doesn't give you much of a middle ground - you need a system that can handle cold winters and hot summers without skipping a beat. That's exactly what we set out to fix here.
We installed a Goodman 95% efficiency furnace paired with a 5-ton air conditioner. The 95% efficiency rating on the furnace means almost all of the fuel being burned is converted directly into heat for the home - very little is wasted. That's a meaningful upgrade from older equipment that typically runs at 80% or lower. Over time, that difference shows up on the energy bill.
The 5-ton AC unit is sized to match the demands of this home. Oversizing or undersizing an air conditioner is one of the most common mistakes we see with DIY installs or rushed jobs. Getting the tonnage right means the system runs in proper cycles, controls humidity better, and lasts longer. We don't cut corners on the sizing process.
Inside, the furnace installation is clean and properly routed - condensate drainage plumbed out correctly, flue venting secured, everything tied into the existing ductwork. Outside, the new condenser sits level on its pad with the refrigerant lines and electrical all buttoned up neatly. It's the kind of install that holds up for years.
