John was excellent. He performed an annual furnace service, checked my AC (he even rinsed the pollen off the outer grill), and got my gas fireplace back in operation. He is very knowledgeable and completely professional. He took extra time to explain details and offer suggestions for my household heating and cooling. His charge for all three was more than reasonable. I cannot express how thankful I am that I chose Hawkeye Heating and Cooling. It was a great decision.
