We just wrapped up a full comfort system upgrade for a homeowner - new Rheem air conditioner outside and a brand new 95% efficient Rheem furnace inside. Two systems, one install, and a whole lot of improved comfort year-round.

Here's why the furnace efficiency rating matters. A standard furnace runs around 80% efficiency, meaning 20 cents of every dollar spent on fuel escapes as waste. A 95% efficient unit keeps almost all of that heat working for you. Over time, that gap adds up - especially during a long heating season.

The outdoor Rheem AC unit is sitting clean and level on a concrete pad, properly spaced and positioned for good airflow. Inside, the new furnace is fitted with PVC condensate lines and all the venting that comes with a high-efficiency system. It's a tighter, more complete setup than what most older systems offer.

When one system is struggling, it usually makes sense to look at the full picture. Replacing both the furnace and AC at the same time means everything is matched, warrantied together, and dialed in from day one. No mismatched equipment, no guessing at compatibility.

Fall is actually a great time to think about this. Before the heating season kicks into full gear, getting a new system installed means you're not scrambling when temperatures drop. If your current setup is older or giving you trouble, it's worth having someone take a look before it becomes an emergency.
